Private Taxis from as little as £39 per taxi return
Arrive in style and ahead of the package holiday coaches with our private taxis. These can be arranged for any arrival time, day and night. In most airports the driver will be waiting for you as you walk through into arrivals and will take you directly to your hotel or apartment.
Shuttle Buses from only £13 per person return
The most cost effective way to start your holiday is with a shuttle bus. These are safe and reliable and are sometimes shared with other holidaymakers. The shuttles run at least every hour, 7 days a week and are priced per person so you are not paying for empty seats.
Transfer Prices and Booking
The prices for both shuttles and taxis are clearly displayed when you are searching for your holiday accommodation. The prices are shown against the relevant hotel details.
To book, simply choose the number of taxis or shuttle places you require on the Booking Payment page. We will then ask you to type in your flight arrival and homebound departure details. Don’t worry if you don’t know these yet as they can be added to your booking later by phone or emailing us.

Car Hire
Hiring a car when you're on holiday can be great fun. It gives you the chance to explore the local area, not to mention the freedom to go as you please. We’ve joined with leading car rental company Sixt to offer you highly competitive rates in all our featured holiday destinations. Choose from all kinds of vehicles, from economical super-minis to sleek sports cars, executive saloons, SUVs and MPVs. For added convenience, all rates include collision damage waiver, unlimited mileage, taxes, fees and insurance.

What does the price include?
A return booking includes both the transfer from airport to accommodation upon arrival and from accommodation to airport on departure.
How many people can I fit in a taxi?
The maximum occupancy of the taxi is clearly stated on the Booking Payment page. If your party has more people than the taxi is licensed to take, the taxi driver will refuse to take the extra passengers. Please ensure you book the correct number of taxis for your party.-
Do infants count?
Infants and children do count in all vehicles as one person as they take up a seat belt place. Laws are different in many countries relating to the use of child seats for infants and children. We strongly recommend parents take their own child seats to ensure adequate safety in foreign countries and to comply with local legislation. As with car rental policy it is also the parents responsibility to fit the seat. Most airlines do not charge for the carriage of child seats and pushchairs.
How do I collect my transfer upon arrival?
Details of how to collect your transfer upon arrival differ in each resort. Individual instructions will be sent to you once you have completed your booking. If for any reason you cannot find your vehicle upon arrival, then call the number listed on your booking confirmation, where local representatives will be more than happy to assist you.

The website will automatically ask you for your return flight details. When we send you the instructions, these will include the pick up time we have calculated for your return journey.

How much luggage can I take?
Most taxis are able to accommodate a suitcase and piece of hand luggage per person. If you are travelling with excess luggage for example wheelchairs, golf clubs, skis or any other out of the ordinary items, extra charges maybe applicable and incurred by locally.
Do I need to tip the driver?
The price paid does not include a tip. As is standard across the globe these days if you feel your resort taxi driver has been friendly and courteous, then a small tip is the norm.
What happens if my holiday details change prior to departure?
If your details change prior to departure simply contact us somewhere2stay using the contact details on your invoice.
What is your policy on drunken/abusive behaviour?
We reserve the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to be abusive and could pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).

Will my shuttle transfer take me straight to my hotel entrance?
Whilst we endeavour to operate a door-to-door service with our transfers, on some occasions this may not be possible where a shuttle transfer has been booked. Where it is not physically possible for us to access certain hotels & apartments, due to their location i.e. Old Town, Beachfront & local festivities, we will always ensure you are taken to the nearest drop off point. We will not be responsible for payment of local taxis. Shuttle Transfers do not operate to private homes or timeshare apartments.
